We hired Rich and Michelle Farnsworth to sell our condominium on Union Street in Cow Hollow. From the moment we met with them to discuss our home sale, the professionalism was superb. They gave us thorough guidance during the entire process. We placed our house on the market on a Friday, had three open houses (one of which included a wine and cheese event that they hosted) and within a week we were under contract. In this market, we felt this was rare and so much of that was because of the way they handled our sale. As part of their service, they gave us guidance on how to stage our home, hired a professional photographer to take pictures for a full color brochure that they produced as well as map of the surrounding area and floor plan of our home. All of these extra touches helped make our home stand out from the rest. Once we were under contract, their attentiveness and professionalism remained suburb. They met the buyer at our home several times and even showed up when we signed the final escrow papers. While we know they had multiple transactions going on, we always felt like we were their number one priority.
